What is "invalid score" showing in my reports?

If you see “Invalid Score” in one or more sections of your Jurnii report, it means the AI was unable to analyze or score a specific part of the site or journey.
This can happen for a few reasons, and in most cases, it’s something we can quickly review and resolve.
Why does this happen?
“Invalid Score” appears when:
A page element or layout could not be fully rendered
The AI was blocked from accessing dynamic content (e.g. gated flows, login-required areas)
There was a temporary load or rendering issue during analysis
The target page was unreachable, misconfigured, or timed out
In short, the system didn't have enough reliable input to generate a score — so it flags it as invalid rather than risk showing misleading data.
How do I fix it?
Please reach out to our team so we can investigate and reprocess the affected area:
📧 Email: support@jurnii.io
Or contact your account manager if you're on a managed or enterprise plan
Include:
The report name or URL
The section where the invalid score appears
(Optional) Any relevant context about the journey or flow
We'll review the issue and rerun the analysis if needed.
In most cases...
We can resolve invalid score flags quickly by:
Adjusting how the AI handles the affected page
Refreshing the report with updated logic
Suggesting ways to improve content accessibility (if applicable)
Still unsure what caused the issue?
