I am unable to log in to my account

If you're having trouble logging into your Jurnii account, there could be a few quick fixes. Let’s walk through the most common reasons and how to resolve them.


1. Double-check your email and password

  • Make sure you’re using the correct email address associated with your Jurnii workspace

  • Passwords are case-sensitive — ensure Caps Lock is off

  • If you’re unsure of your password, try resetting it (see below)


2. Reset your password

  1. Go to the Jurnii login page

  2. Click “Forgot password?”

  3. Enter your email and check your inbox for a reset link

  4. Follow the link to create a new password and try logging in again

Didn’t receive the email? Check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, contact support.


3. Still locked out?

If the password reset didn’t work or you no longer have access to the email on file, please contact our support team:

Include:

  • Your name

  • The email address you’re trying to log in with

  • Your workspace or company name

  • A short description of the issue

We'll verify your identity and help restore access as quickly as possible.


Admin help for team members

If you're part of a team and can’t log in, your workspace admin may be able to:

  • Re-send your invite

  • Reset your access from the Users & Roles section of your workspace

Ask them to check if your account is active and properly assigned.
