How do I report a technical issue or bug?

If something isn’t working as expected in your Jurnii workspace, we want to hear about it — and fix it fast.

You can report bugs, performance issues, or platform glitches directly to our support team.


Fastest way: Contact support

Email us at support@jurnii.io with the subject line:
“Technical Issue – [Brief Description]”
e.g. “Technical Issue – Report not generating for competitor URL”


What to include in your message:

To help us troubleshoot quickly, please include:

  • A short summary of the issue

  • Steps to reproduce the problem

  • Affected page or feature (e.g. Competitor Benchmark tab, Report View)

  • Any error messages or screenshots

  • Your browser and device (e.g. Chrome on Mac, Safari on iPhone)

  • Your workspace name or account email

The more detail you provide, the faster we can resolve it.


Response time

We aim to respond to technical support queries within 1 business day, with priority given to high-impact issues.


Not sure if it's a bug?

If you’re unsure whether something is broken or working as designed, that’s okay — send it through anyway.
We’ll take a look and confirm what’s going on.


In-app chat (for urgent issues)

During business hours, you can also use the in-app chat widget to report issues directly from your workspace. Just click the chat icon in the bottom corner and let us know what's happening.
