Connect & Export to JIRA
We’re introducing the ability to export audit recommendations directly from Jurnii into your organisation’s Jira workspace. Today, once insights are generated, teams often need to manually copy recommendations into tickets, rewrite descriptions, assign owners, and structure them for development. This creates friction, delays action, and increases the risk of things being missed. With this new feature, you’ll be able to: Select one or multiple recommendations from your audit Choose the relevant Jira project Automatically generate structured tickets inside your Jira board Include context such as screenshots, severity level, journey location, and suggested solution Assign to the appropriate team or sprint This means your insights move seamlessly from “identified issue” to “actionable task” without manual duplication of effort. The goal is simple: Turn UX findings into shipped improvements faster. By connecting Jurnii directly to your Jira organisation, product, design, and engineering teams can stay aligned — reducing handover friction and ensuring recommendations don’t sit in a PDF or presentation, but become part of your real delivery workflow.
Compare Full Reports
We’re adding Report History to recurring Jurnii assessments so clients can access previous monthly reports, not just the latest one. Instead of each new report overwriting the last, you’ll be able to browse and open older report versions, making it easier to review historical insights, track progress over time, and compare changes in more detail — beyond the Change Detection and Trends pages.
Export Recommendations into Functional Tickets
We’re introducing the ability to turn Jurnii recommendations into ready-to-use tickets that teams can easily apply in their own workflows. From the recommendation details view, users will be able to generate a structured ticket based on the recommendation type. Performance, usability, and journey recommendations each use a purpose-built template tailored to how those issues are typically addressed—whether that’s engineering-focused, design-led, or product and journey improvements. With one click, Jurnii will export the recommendation as a downloadable document containing a clear title, description, and acceptance criteria. This makes it easy to copy and paste the output into tools like Jira, Notion, Linear, or any project management system your team already uses. This feature helps teams move faster from insight to action, without having to manually rewrite recommendations into tickets.
Export Report Functionality
We’re adding the ability to export your full Jurnii AI analysis into a beautifully formatted, shareable PDF. This export will provide a high-level digest of your report, including: Your overall Jurnii Score and each category score A summary of the most critical usability and performance issues detected Clear, actionable recommendations tied to those issues A structured roadmap of short-term, mid-term and long-term goals based on the platform’s insights The PDF is designed for quick sharing across product, design, engineering and leadership teams—helping you communicate findings, prioritise improvements, and align stakeholders without needing to open the full report. This feature aims to make insights from Jurnii AI easier to distribute, reference and integrate into your workflow.
Dashboard page
The Dashboard View provides users (typically brand managers or CX leads) with a comprehensive, high-level overview of all reports associated with their brands within Jurnii. It consolidates key UX performance insights, highlights critical opportunities, and guides users toward the most pressing issues or high-severity recommendations. For users managing multiple brands or markets, the dashboard aggregates performance metrics to present a clear, actionable summary. It serves as the user’s primary landing page to navigate brand performance, discover problem areas, and access deeper insights.

Feature Matrix
We need to introduce a Feature Matrix component within the Journey Analysis section that automatically compares the search brand to its best-performing competitor. Each unique journey flow (Entry & Homepage, Registration, Signing In, Finding Bets, Placing Bets, etc.) will generate a consistent comparison pattern, summarizing the heuristic performance, step complexity, and feature presence between both brands. This new pattern will be reusable — ensuring all journeys (Registration, Depositing, Using Bonus, etc.) follow the same logic and visual layout, while the content and metrics differ based on the journey type.
Filter Performance Recommendations by Device (Desktop / Mobile)
We’re adding the ability to sort and filter performance recommendations based on device type — Desktop or Mobile. Performance issues don’t always affect users equally. Something that performs adequately on desktop can be frustratingly slow on mobile. Until now, recommendations have been shown in a combined view, making it harder to prioritise fixes based on where the real user impact sits. With this update, you’ll be able to: Toggle between Desktop and Mobile views within Performance analysis See device-specific scores and recommendations Quickly identify which issues are impacting mobile users most Prioritise fixes based on traffic split or business focus Compare performance gaps between devices side by side This allows product and engineering teams to focus effort where it matters most. For example, if mobile traffic represents 70% of your users, you can instantly filter to mobile-only issues and prioritise improvements that will drive the biggest commercial impact. The result: Clearer prioritisation, better decision-making, and performance improvements that align with real user behaviour — not just aggregate averages.

Change Detection Improvements
Change detection currently lists what brand, journey and specific items have changed as description and listed items, along with displaying any score changes to their journey or usability scores. But there lacked visual evidence of the change from the previous assessment to the new one. We’re adding the ability to view the product screenshots of the specific brands changes. Within journey you’ll see the previous assessments capture vs the new captures to compare like-for-like. In Usability, if any of the usability heuristics have had a noticeable change, we’ll reference the examples and the change from the previous assessment to the new one. i.e. If a brand previously scored low on Error Prevention and improved their form input validation error messaging or visuals, we’ll show what it previously looked like, vs what their new version looks like, and itemise what’s changed.
Side by Side Comparison of Screenshots in Recurring Assessments
We’re introducing a side-by-side screenshot view that lets clients compare previous vs latest report screenshots in one place. This makes it easier to visually spot what’s changed across key pages and journeys, and clearly see the UI evidence used by Jurnii AI to generate pain points, scoring changes, and recommendations.
