We’re adding Report History to recurring Jurnii assessments so clients can access previous monthly reports, not just the latest one.Instead of each new report overwriting the last, you’ll be able to browse and open older report versions, making it easier to review historical insights, track progress over time, and compare changes in more detail — beyond the Change Detection and Trends pages.

We’re introducing the ability to turn Jurnii recommendations into ready-to-use tickets that teams can easily apply in their own workflows.From the recommendation details view, users will be able to generate a structured ticket based on the recommendation type. Performance, usability, and journey recommendations each use a purpose-built template tailored to how those issues are typically addressed—whether that’s engineering-focused, design-led, or product and journey improvements.With one click, Jurnii will export the recommendation as a downloadable document containing a clear title, description, and acceptance criteria. This makes it easy to copy and paste the output into tools like Jira, Notion, Linear, or any project management system your team already uses.This feature helps teams move faster from insight to action, without having to manually rewrite recommendations into tickets.

The Dashboard View provides users (typically brand managers or CX leads) with a comprehensive, high-level overview of all reports associated with their brands within Jurnii.It consolidates key UX performance insights, highlights critical opportunities, and guides users toward the most pressing issues or high-severity recommendations.For users managing multiple brands or markets, the dashboard aggregates performance metrics to present a clear, actionable summary.It serves as the user’s primary landing page to navigate brand performance, discover problem areas, and access deeper insights.

We need to introduce a Feature Matrix component within the Journey Analysis section that automatically compares the search brand to its best-performing competitor.Each unique journey flow (Entry &amp; Homepage, Registration, Signing In, Finding Bets, Placing Bets, etc.) will generate a consistent comparison pattern, summarizing the heuristic performance, step complexity, and feature presence between both brands.This new pattern will be reusable — ensuring all journeys (Registration, Depositing, Using Bonus, etc.) follow the same logic and visual layout, while the content and metrics differ based on the journey type.
