To create a Jurnii account, you’ll first need to connect with our team to ensure we align the platform to your goals, markets, and brand tracking needs.

We don’t offer instant sign-up — instead, we take a guided approach to onboarding so you get maximum value from day one.


Step 1: Book a demo or get in touch

Start by reaching out to our team:

We’ll set up a short call to:

  • Walk you through the platform (Jurnii AI or Jurnii 360)

  • Understand your brand(s), region(s), and tracking needs

  • Scope out competitors or journeys you want to benchmark


Step 2: Define your plan and brand scope

Once we understand your goals, we’ll recommend the best plan tier based on:

  • Number of brands you want to track

  • Regions or products in scope

  • Whether you need Jurnii AI, Jurnii 360, or both

We’ll also discuss add-ons like:

  • Multi-user access

  • Report white-labelling (for agencies)

  • Strategic support from Jurnii Studio


Step 3: Account setup

We’ll create your Jurnii workspace and invite your team. You’ll receive:

  • Secure login credentials

  • Access to your first benchmarking reports

  • Onboarding guidance and ongoing support
