How does the Competitor Benchmarking work?

Jurnii’s competitor benchmarking lets you see exactly how your digital experience compares to others in your market — in real time, across key user journeys.

It’s one of the most powerful features of Jurnii AI and Jurnii 360, helping you identify where you lead, where you lag, and where your biggest opportunities lie.

How it works

1. Enter Your Competitor URLs

You can benchmark your own website against any live competitor by simply submitting their URL — no code, no integrations, no scraping tools needed.

You can benchmark:

  • Direct competitors in your vertical (e.g. sportsbook vs sportsbook)

  • Adjacent or aspirational brands (e.g. global leaders or design innovators)

  • Internal brands across regions or markets (e.g. UK vs. UAE vs. US)

2. Jurnii Runs the Same Analysis for All

Once you’ve submitted the URLs, Jurnii runs its full UX evaluation for each competitor — scoring them across the same four dimensions:

  • Usability

  • Perception

  • Journey

  • Performance

Each competitor receives a full Jurnii Score, just like your brand — ensuring a like-for-like comparison.

3. You Get a Side-by-Side View

In your report, you’ll see:

  • A comparative Jurnii Score breakdown

  • Charts showing how each competitor performs by category

  • High/medium/low issues unique to each competitor

  • Visual differences in layout, calls-to-action, flows, and UX patterns

It’s not just about the numbers — it’s about understanding the why behind them.

4. Track Trends Over Time

You can re-run benchmarks regularly to:

  • See if competitors are improving or declining

  • Track your own progress after CX updates

  • Spot sudden shifts (e.g. rebrands, launches, new features)

With Jurnii 360, you’ll also receive real-time alerts when competitors change their promotions or release new offers.

Why it matters

Competitor benchmarking helps you:

  • Build a data-driven case for investment in UX

  • Identify gaps or missed opportunities in your experience

  • Learn from leaders (or outperform them)

  • Align internal teams around clear, objective insights
