If you’re having trouble logging into your Jurnii account, don’t worry — you can reset your password or recover access in just a few steps.

Reset your password

  1. Go to the Jurnii login page

  2. Click “Forgot password?” below the login form

  3. Enter the email address associated with your Jurnii account

  4. Check your inbox for a password reset link

  5. Follow the link to create a new password and log in

🔎 Can’t find the reset email? Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder. The subject line will be: "Reset your Jurnii password"

Locked out or don’t have access to your email?

If you’ve lost access to the email account connected to your Jurnii profile, or you’re not receiving the reset link:

  • Please include:

    • Your full name

    • Your company or workspace name

    • The email address you believe is linked to the account
