Can I add teammates or collaborators to my workspace?

Yes — Jurnii supports multi-user workspaces, so you can invite your teammates, clients, or collaborators to access reports, run benchmarks, and track progress together.

Adding users is quick, secure, and available on most plans.


Who can I add?

You can add:

  • Internal team members (e.g. product, UX, CRM, marketing)

  • Agency collaborators or consultants

  • Client stakeholders (if you’re using Jurnii on their behalf)

Depending on your plan, you may have a set number of user seats included — with the option to add more as needed.


Roles & Permissions

When adding a user, you can assign roles such as:

  • Admin – Full access to all brands, reports, and settings

  • Viewer – Read-only access to reports and dashboards

Role-based access keeps sensitive data secure while enabling collaboration.


How to add a teammate

  1. Log in to your Jurnii workspace

  2. Click your profile icon and go to Workspace Settings

  3. Navigate to the Users tab

  4. Click “Invite teammate”

  5. Enter their email address and assign a role

  6. Click Send Invite

They’ll receive an email with a secure invitation to join your workspace.
